Add a ranged weapon in the starting gear vendor.

Dunno if hunters have one, but rogues don't.

Update:
Range weapons been added along with ammo
Teleport now replaces portals
Basic food and water is on starter vendor for free

Add a one hand weapon for warriors please, can't sword and board with a dagger.

Well, we could, but it wouldn't be practical.
